Course Overview

Scheduled Waste refers to waste classified under the First Schedule of the Environmental Quality (Scheduled Wastes) Regulations 2005, which poses significant risks to human health and the environment if not properly managed. Improper handling and disposal of scheduled waste can result in serious environmental pollution, legal non-compliance, and enforcement actions.

This course is designed to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical understanding of scheduled waste management requirements, focusing on correct identification, handling, storage, documentation, and compliance with Malaysian environmental laws and regulations.
