Overview Of Building Facilities Management, Operation & Maintenance

OA training program to upskill the employees on skills and knowledge in relation to administration of assets and facilities, with regards to rental, tenancy and developmental roles.

Proposed Learning Outcome :

  • Writing relevant and effective reports and summary with regards to administrative aspects of facility management, and engagement with tenants and related authorities.
  • Able to effectively support promotional activities in order to increase occupancy rate.
  • Able to maintain and improve documentation for tenant application, renewal and termination.

Able to conduct transparent and effective assets and facilities inspection with proper and efficient methodology.

  • From: Facility Management & Entrepreneur Premises Complex Services (EPC)
  • Target group: Non-Executive until Manager Level

Training Method

Virtual or face to face classroom – depending on MCO condition and position of our Business Continuity Management Unit, with regards to training.

Program to be structured with the following arrangement :

  • 2-day session per week.
  • Coursework/ assignment/ discussion in-between sessions.
  • Vendor needs to be able to propose specific action plan for participants to further improve their training program in relation to facility management.
